Really took care of me. Also on a minor note it was very nice that there were plenty of healthy breakfast options (complimentary) during Registration for free oil changes FOR LIFE!!!
Made purćasing my new truck very easy & stress free.
Sales person took a smoke break as soon as I sat down at his desk to talk numbers. I don't think it is good business to leave a customer sitting there for 20 minutes while you get your nicotine fix. they also didn't give me the door code for the keyless entry and six weeks later I don't have license places. I have called several times and get told "we will get back to you".....well so far that hasn't happened. Fast service. No problems. Very friendly and easy to deal with.
I have been taking my cars here to be serviced for years. After today, I will NEVER be back. The wait times are getting longer and longer. I called first thing this morning to see if they had the parts they'd need to fix my windshield wipers. They told me to come on in. They keep telling they'll give me updates but it took 2 hours and me going in and inquiring just to find out it's going to take longer. I've watched dozens of people come and go. They apparently don't have a loaner available. Horrible Customer Service.
