Warranty protection for life is b******* lies lies lies
We just bought Tahoe here. Alex, our salesperson, stayed late on Xmas eve to help us get things worked out, we were happy with the price and the condition of the vehicle. Added bonus: Even though we declined to purchase the extended warranty, We noticed the next day that one of the speakers didn't work. Alex had it fixed for us at the service department free of charge, even though technically they didn't have to cover it. In 2005,my husband and I bought a brand new duramax. We loved it and our experience at Sunset. In 2013,we had to sell it due to needing funds to build our home. Sunset bought back our truck for cash. Our home is now built and we have saved money for another duramax, however we need a used one to fit our budget. We went into Sunset today to view their inventory. Horrible dealership. Arrive with financing after calling 5 hours earlier with the amounts so they could have cars and everything ready when I arrive. They first try to scam me to give my ssn so they could look for red flags with my identify . When I refused and called the credit union, the credit union told me to run unless I really loved the vehicle . I have to say that the car buying experience that my wife and I had was second to none at Sunset Chevrolet. That seems like a cliche in today's super mega advertising world, but hand on heart true. The care and attention by the entire staff is jaw-dropping, it is that amazing. They have a customer for life with us. If you have any doubt, visit them and experience yourself.
