Don't know if it is because bought my vehicle there but everyone that I have dealt with are very professional and always with a smile. Had my vehicle in for the lifetime oil change. Went early (way early) because I'm hobbling along right now. They took me in anyway and my vehicle was done before my appointment time. Great, low pressure buying experience. Love my new SS!! My experience every since this first review has been terrible but for some reason you can't leave a second review. I see why. This dealership is horrible at communication. I left two messages last Friday after my terrible service appointment and NO attempt to contact me. Very, very disappointing!

Just as I suspected, Sunset Chevrolet says one thing but does quite another. Their "offer" was not even close to the truth and was all a bunch of smoke and mirrors to try to get us to trade in and buy a more expensive vehicle. This salesman actually tried to tell me that buying back a car is not part of a trade in deal. Umm hello? So you call me a home say you want to buy my car. I say okay it has $11,000 left on the loan. Went to buy a used truck here. It was a manual. Took it to my shop to have it looked. They said the clutch need to be replaced. Tried to get them to fix it. They told me that my guy was horrible. They called him and I heard a one way conversation. He tried to tell me my guy said the clutch was fine. (To find out later the salesman lied. I talked to my guy later and he still said it was bad.). First let me state this is not about everyone at Sunset Trucks, or Sunset Chevy just my salesman, and the general managers, at both Sunset Trucks, and Sunset Chevy and finance guy I dealt with. My salesman lied straight to my face saying they are paying my trade in off completely, only to have finance department not honor it. Finance department person tried to swindle cash for "first payment" after ALL the paperwork had been signed. Jake and Craig are amazing the staff is super friendly and they go above and beyond to help you get the car you want. I have tried getting the car I wanted for years and always been denied or turned away. The team at sunset made it happen so now instead of having a car I am likely to crash in or breakdown in I have a brand new car that I love and feel safe in thank you Jake and Craig you are amazing and I will definitely tell everyone to come see you.
