Worst experience ever. I don't usually do this on FB but I wanted to get the word out. The last year has been nothing but problems with our Suburban. They are unwilling to take accountability for what is happening and so far every person I have spoke to has had horrible customer service. I keep giving them another chance to be a good company but they fail over and over. I am one to be nice and give the benefit of the doubt but they have burned that right out of me. Spent 4 hours at the dealership last Thursday while they fixed the remotes for my car. Remotes worked fine over the weekend, went to get into my car on Monday morning and neither of my remotes work again. Feeling frustrated that I spent so much time there on Thursday for this problem to not be resolved! What made it worse was when I called the dealership to make an appointment to bring it back in, they weren't apologetic at all.
