I scheduled an oil change as recommended. when I arrived, I asked them to wash car and fix the eyebrow cover on drivers door. it sticks when rolling up. on previous appt, I was told"that just happens in heat". it doesn't happen on the other 3 Windows and now my eyebrow is damaged. I was told he didn't have anyone in shop to look at that on that day. I got a coupon for a car wash and no vacuum. Day I bought my car, a detailer dinged my door and scratched another. It’s been two weeks of voicemails with no response. I’m currently sitting on hold again for 30+ minutes and going... where’s this customer service we hear so much about??
bought a 2014 jetta from scotty and at first he was nice and said he could get us a better interest rate then the credit union that we are already approved at then ran our credit and said he could lower it and get us in single digits ..and contuniue to use high pressure on the phone to get ur to go that day which wasnt goin to work for us..then told me a price of 16800 which we agree apon and then made a time to go pick it up when we got done driving we went in the office and started doin paper work and then he ran our credi... read more
