Communication needs a lot of improvement. While the truck buying experience went well - after we signed all the papers and left, the communication with us essentially disappeared. No one notified us our plates were in, no one contacted us to set up the installation for items on our truck that we had already purchased. I had to reach out to them for everything. Once they had our money - I felt like that was it for them. I guess it's a car dealership - I should not have expected anything more.

Just want to send out a Kudos to Sunset Chevrolet and especially to Lesa Greenwood. I bought my first Vehicle from Sunset Chevorlet in 2005 from Lesa Greenwood and it was a great experience!
