Bought my SUV from here 3 years ago. It is a 5 year old vehicle. I was so excited that they offered lifetime engine and transmission warranties. well my engine went out a month ago and they are not wanting to uphold their warranty. When I spoke to someone they were very rude and now no one will even return my calls. I paid a lot of money for this vehicle. I still owe a little on it and I can't even drive it. It's 5 years old, this should have not happened.
Great service and very friendly staff
$149 bucks to plug in a obdII scanner to tell you what the check engine light is. Parts stores do that for free. Now I know to not bring it to sunset to have a computer diagnose it for them.
Very displeased as I had to wait over 2 months for my truck to even be delivered. I was told by my dealer Steve that they would pay the first payment for me since I had to wait so long. Never happened. I have since tried to contact him and he told me to contact his sales manager. I’ve called and left messages 3 times because they weren’t available. Still haven’t been contacted back.

Took my car in due to check engine light and passenger front tire sensor not working. Car is 2012 with 55k miles with an extended warranty. I had Less Schwab change the tire sensor on the driver front and had the check engine light code checked at an auto parts store. The check engine light code showed something with emissions (likely a bad gas cap). I took it to Sunset Chevrolet for repairs.
