Went in for warranty issues on our truck we bought through them. We were not greeted period and stood there for some time, but finally a gentleman got off the phone and asked what he could do for us. (we first asked if they could schedule us in because we could get no answer on the phone to set up an appointment). We explained that the remote start quit working because of engine issues, I had already scanned the vehicle at my auto body shop.
