Recommendedsales people were very friendly and accommodating to my family and we didn't feel pressured into making a purchase. you cant beat the warranty they offer either only issue i had was the receptionist could be better with service. i called and left a message for their finance guy and when i showed up an hour later she literally handed him the message i called him about

Unfortunately they have outgrown their own high standards of service. I had an appointment and they took me right in. Oil change, safety check, tire rotation, and brake check. I also asked them to vacuum. Got my car back and the steering wheel had greasy hand prints all over it, and on the outside of the drivers door. It was confirmed that the vacuuming was going to be done and yet it wasn’t. I didn’t even have an Appointment for my oil change! They said it’ll probably be 5 PM before they will be able to Have my oil changed by that time I was there at 9 AM in the morning by 1230 they were done great service thank you Sunset Chevrolet! 😃

Needed new tires for our ‘16 Corvette, checked other tire shops and Sunset was cheaper and able to do everything in house. That made it one stop shopping. They will work with you to get whatever type tires you want or need. Jason in parts did a great job and the tires & job came in less than quoted. Wonderful customer experience with no pressure and straightforward. As someone with no credit to show this could have been an ordeal.
