The worst customer service ever. They are only nice to the people until they buy their car. I get free oil change for life and I’m considering paying somebody else to do it just so I won’t have to deal with their service department.

It seems that they are focused on sales and not on resolving known problems that fall just shy of “recalls”. They also sell customers’ info to third party vendors. Instead of receiving ANY specific responses to our specific problems, we have received no less than FOUR calls from third party vendors trying to sell us extended warranties. Also, instead of taking the time to address our specific issues, they took the time to write up unsolicited estimates to sell us new tires at $300 more than we would pay elsewhere.
