RecommendedThe guys at front counter are not at all friendly..... multiple times have been left standing there with 3 or 4 guys at the counter and no one helping anyone. Terrible customer service

I purchased a vehicle from Sunset with Warranty- Come to find out the warranty’s is no good, it took 2 weeks to get an answer back from Sunset warranty folks in which is located in Florida. Their motto “Warranty for life.” Is not true and very false. It is quite misleading falsely as advertised. I would not recommend for purchasing any vehicles from Sunset nor purchase warranty.
Great customer service and excellent techs for service. Best place to ourchased a new or used vehicle. Been a customer for over 15 years!

No pressure sales, willing to work with you, relaxed atmosphere, friendly. They even offered to repair the paint chips on my Mustang. Dan was funny and very knowledgeable with the truck.
Lars he was wonderful. kept me in the loop at all times. I was kinda of scared to take my car to a dealership. Thanks to Lars He made me feel good about everything. and he kept it below quote.
