RecommendedSales people know their vehicles and deals available. They are courteous, patient and likeable. They found what I was wanting and made it happen. Finance guy was also extremely patient with all of our questions and concerns. We arrived at 9:30 am, and I was driving away with my brand new car at 12:30 Sunday! It’s a typical dealership. Always trying to get money out of their customers and not doing thorough inspections on customer vehicles. I would never go back but got sucked into oil changes for life.
I took my 2018 Traverse in to have a leak repaired in the sun roof. It took a few days to find the leak, after removing the head liner, it was discovered that the rear sun roof was the culprit. My vehicle was sent to a glass company for repair. Jacob, my service rep, kept me informed of the progress. It took two try’s for the sun roof to be repaired and water tested. It was good but you didn’t vacuum out my truck
Great service, I am very happy.
Just moved to summer so I wanted to give them a try I was like to support local businesses. Had my Van scanned knew what was wrong but they told me there's no way that was the problem and I should have it scanned again by them they found the exact same thing that I already told them it was $52 part and 30 min install cost me $464 to have them put it in... I feel scammed and taken advantage of that's a lot of money.
