We purchased a used car from Sunset Chevrolet about five years ago. As part of the contract, we got a long term warrantee which includes free oil changes. Over the years we have had no problems making appointments for oil changes and other routine service. The technicians and office staff have always been polite and accommodating. As scheduled maintenance has come due, they have performed it and answered our questions. We are completely satisfied with the car and the service.
We need you need a loaner car because your car is being worked on, call an Uber. Sunset is contracted with Enterprise rental car for their “loaner” cars. My husband accepted one, drive it home, where it sat in our driveway for 2 days, then drove it back. Parked it where the service team wanted and picked up our truck. We get a call several hours later from Enterprise saying that there is a dent in the bumper and they Are filing a claim. Friendly, informative, helpful with a ride if needed and work completed in a reasonable time.
My 1992 Formula Firebird was having some problems with power and the techs at Sunset woke that 304 right up. And every time I’ve had a maintenance for either of my cars it’s great to know that Sunset has my back for my 2nd Generation Firebird/ Trans Am. If they can work on my older car they car certainly handle your late model GM car or truck.
