alittle slow but do a good job
I was happy to bring in my Camaro for an oil change yesterday I showed up quite a bit early and figured I'd be there late but I got a text from the great people of sunset and within an hour, it was done, which made for a great afternoon. Thank you, sunset Chevrolet for your excellent service!!!
My husband and I traveled an hour, passing several Chevy dealerships solely to work with the professionals at Sunset Chevrolet. We had the pleasure of working with Dan Dillon, who has been a fantastic customer service Superstar. From the second we pulled up to Sunset until we left with a new car, we felt listened to, relaxed, and confident we made the right choice. I got oil changes for life.... sounds great however I have never had an oil change take less than 2 hours even with an appointment. Its like they make it so inconvenient you dont use them.
I used to work in the car biz and by far if you have a problem sunset is the best at finding it and fixing it in a timely manner all service departments have short comings there’s is it’s hard to get an appointment because it’s so busy but worth the wait thanks Sunset you got my issue taken care and me back on the road
I was in and out in less than 4 hours. I got a great deal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride.
