RecommendedMy oil change and tire rotation was scheduled for 8:30am. I was told by the tech who checked me in that it would be a couple hours. I did not get my car back until about 3:00pm. Yes, they offer a shuttle to take you home or to work, however I didn’t realize it was going to take so long so I ended up staying for awhile. I finally took the shuttle home at 12:30pm when they advised that they had yet to start the oil change or tire rotation. They picked me up from my home to get my car about 2 hours later.
