There was not appropriate seating for customers. I waited longer than normal because the advisor called my home home. I left my contact number on the envelope and he texted me that they were working on my truck. Then he called the wrong number.
RecommendedService department listens to what you need done and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Kind staff.

Easy to purchase, I told my salesman what I was looking for and he brought it out to the front of the store and then I drove it. The finance department was fairly painless and I was in my way in A Red Hot Silverado in no time!
My service advisor did a great job keeping me informed. It involved warranty work which was kore complicated than most services. He was able to navigate me through the process to a successful outcome.
