Dishonest with their warranty policies. Dont awknowledge commonly know. Issues with certain makes/models of cars. Misleading and overcharging for “fixing” my car. Quoted and agreed to a price, they “fixed” the car but was charged and paid more than what was quoted. Then less than a week later car had same issue that was supposedly fixed after spending nearly 2k. After over a decade of doing business with them, never again would I use this dealership to purchase a car.
Great staff and big variety of vehicles to choose from. Craig the salesperson was great and very helpful.
I was surprised by the integrity of the negotiations, left Carmax in the dust. Highly recommend Steve G.
