yes and no they took care of my oil change but I have to pay for an extra key and program I paid for gave em 2 when turned In my truck kinda didn't get good follow up with problems. they also didn't let me know if they had to fix problem gm ale art I gave to check.
The service department has totally failed on maintenance in my 2015 3500HD. I always bring it to them for everything and they never recommended any services done at certain mileages, the truck has had multiple issues with the DEF system. I have 129k miles on the same brakes and have said for over a year the truck shakes and they say brakes are good. I will NEVER go back to Sunset for anything and will never recommend them again. these guys are the worst Dealers I have ever dealt with... things are promised yes, yes, yes but then nothing ever happens.. Will never buy another car at sunset chevrolet...
It’s pretty frustrating the lack of communication this dealership suffers from. When I originally scheduled my services I was informed it would all be covered by my warranty, “free oil change for life,” or so they claim. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle not only was I hit with an outrageous price tag for services that I shouldn’t have to pay for, but I’m also informed I’ll have to pay for the oil change as well.
