Send I purchase my 2014 Impala I have received free oil changes and I had to pay for the oil change yesterday because they told me I wasn’t supposed to receive free oil changes so i not interested in paying that much for the change when I can receive it cheaper some place else. I really not happy with Sunset Chevrolet know because I have received this service for the past two years or more now it’s stopped so you can see my delimit. Unsatisfactory customers. Sunset help me out of a jam by fixing my Traverse. For that, I give them kudos. The overall feel of the service experience, however, wasn't great. It felt like I was an annoyance versus an appreciated customer. You're lucky to get through two sentences before something "more important" distracts the person with which you're dealing. Add to it that the congested maze that surrounds the service area and it leaves you feeling like your business is not wanted.
