this is the most unprofessional dealership I've ever dealt with. called up to ask a couple questions about a Corvette ZR1 and I get harassed non-stop callbacks from the main manager he was asked clearly not to call me back and called me back three more times...I called to complain and they just kept giving me to him and he refused to listen to me told me I had to listen to him and I hung up unbelievable. Sunset is where I bought my 2016 Chevy Sonic brand new 3 years ago. I have free oil changes for life and Scott is my service guy. He’s been with me every time I’ve had to bring the car in. I’ve had some trouble with cooling system in my car but it’s all been handled by my warranty. I really like the service at sunset. My entire experience with them from the moment I got there to look at a car till now has always been positive.
1st of all your service people who help you get your car serviced have a serious attitude. 2nd your mark up on parts is anywhere from 3-4 times the actual price you charged me $165 for a $40 part then you wanted to charge me for 4 hours labor when I did it in 1 1/2 hours. Should not have to pay three times as much as other places so you can offer lifetime warranty on your cars sold. Will never go back to your shop an will advise people to stay away.
Everything went well and on time
It was low pressure sales which I appreciate. Marco spoke with me concerning what I was going to use the vehicle for & helped me determine the right model for my needs. He was very knowledgeable & courteous. He went the extra mile to retrieve my vehicle from a different lot on his own.
