I took my boyfriend into the Urgent Care for an abscess in his mouth. The doc looked at it and said that she wasnt a dentist and couldnt do anything not even cut it open because it "wasnt ready" and give him antibiotics. We get hone in grayland and the abscess grew in size and we had to lance it open ourselves! Im sorry but something should have been done for him in the safty of the urgent care versus at home where many things could have gone wrong. When we lanced it, it oozed about 6oz of puss and blood. The best and fastest care ever. I can not express the fine care that was given to my husband with a breathing problem. They are a Five Star Facility. He was in and treated so fast. The Nurses and Doctor were wonderful. For emergency care I will never relay one any other hospital. People have to understand the difference beteeen urgent care and emergency care. The two are very different. One Is life threatening and the other is not. Both are heart breaking for families. Thank You Summit Pacific.

Don't waste your time and money on doctors afraid to provide treatment, or respect and proper manners to their patients.
