Always excellent professional care amd urgent care is always right on.
Very quick and through check in and registration process. Nursing staff is very friendly. Dr took time to listen and answer all our questions.
they are friendly and much more thorough than both the hospital in South Bend and in Aberdeen they don't try to rush you out they actually try to find out what's wrong with you.
Shout out to Summit Pacific hospital and Elma FD for leaving my grandma on the hospital bed (they started to transfer her to the gurney to take her into the ambulance to transfer her to Tacoma General, then put her back down on the bed) while she was screaming in pain and confusion from her stroke so they could watch the last minute of the Superbowl
I went to urgent care in Oct last year. The Dr never touched me and spent maybe 5 minutes with me. Never said her name, the MA did all the work and was very nice. It took 15 minutes to get a GI cocktail. No discharge instructions, maybe that's the norm nowadays.
I have hearing loss and yellow discharge coming from my ear that has a previous ear drum graph on it so I was seen in the urgent care today. The male doctor or np or pa( not sure what he was) told me that there is no discharge coming from my ear(which there clearly is) and not to worry about rupturing my eardrum because it would grow back if I did. Seems like bad advice to me. I’ll be receiving my medical care in Olympia from now on.
everytime I go to urgent care I get told I have to go to the ER for an inhaler! went in with a cold and they said they could not see me because I had a history of cardiac issues. they tell me every time I go I need to have an EKG done and XRay but get into the ER they just prescribe me an inhaler which is all I needed. the ER doctor was fast to help me and more willing than the Urgent Care Provider. the er was nice and fast
well I had to choose between my health and a job but the UNION is coming and this dictatorship will have rules boundaries and consequences
my doctor genuinely cares
