Staff can be rude. Especially when you’re in urgent care.
when you're sick or something's wrong with you it's not nice to have rude nurses Oran patients nurses they should think about how they treat the patients

I think his name was Todd, balding guy, with a beard. Have went into Urgent Care twice and have seen him and was nothing but unsympathetic and judgmental. First time was my breathing, second was my hand. Both times he pretty much assumed what was going on and sent me on my way without any testing. His professional “judgment” stated I had a neurological issue, when there was no way he could rule that out. very nice people at urgent care. was there for fourty minutes last night.
The service and professionalism of this place is amazing! Dr. Hansen has been great the two times we have had to visit.
