My wife was hit in the eye with a baseball, she get to the medical center at 6 bleeding pretty bad, had to get her own paper towel and ice, waited almost 3 hours to go back to sit another 4 hours to get stitched up. If there gonna be a medical center they should have more than one person on shift! We didn't leave till 1:30am..
I feel heard, at Summit they listen to you. I've been in for sports physicals to emergency. They are friendly, attentive and efficiently fast. They have managed to alleviate common fears in regards to seeking and receiving adequate health care in Grays Harbor. All I can say is, thank you.
I recently had to stay for 7 days due to an infection and heart problems. The staff was simply amazing. I felt like I was at a hospital up in Seattle- so very professional, compassionate and helpful. The nursing staff was so very kind and made me feel safe and cared for even when it was a hard time for me. It's worth the drive up to Elma for the care I got. VERY good.
