Recommendedmy husband and I go to summit pacific health center for everything. The have helped me with many different things. We are blessed to have all the doctors and physical therapist.
I understand that doctors and nurses talk, but they should at least do their criticism where the patients cannot hear them. The ER doctors and nurses have no empathy for their patients at all. I would rather keep Grays Harbor Community Hospital up and running than to be seen at Summit Pacific again. People who work in the medical field need to show repect, dignity, and empathy for their patients. Summit Pacific Doctors and nurses have failed at having those three most important characteristics in the healthcare field.

Worst care ever ever. Misdiagnosis twice. Had my wellness done there with a blood test. They said my blood sugars were ok. Not the case. Diabetic. And I'm still getting bills from 2017. Never again.
Be careful when you have a mammogram here because they do a digital tomography and Medicare or your insurance doesn't cover it. I called and they told me that I should know what tests they were performing. Wth? why would you know?

I'm a bit hypercritical when it comes to our healthcare, and yesterday Summit blew my mind in the best possible way. My boyfriend woke up experiencing terrible abdomen pain early Thursday morning, we wanted to wait for urgent care to open but his pain became unbearable. We showed up, gave them his info, and within 25-30 min he had pain management on board and was much more comfortable while waiting for further diagnostics. The staff was friendly and helpful from the start. They were professional in their behaviors and we left feeling we had been treated well.
