The 1st time I was there with family in the Urgent Care Clinic We were sent to the ER and the nurses were extremely rude and unprofessional. I was given the Head Nurses number to call and left messages. Still today I have not received a call back about the poor services we recieved.
I had to give 4 stars only because the wait to get back to the ER was 2 1/2 hours... the care my daughter received was 5 stars!
They have no compassion for kids ( both of ours are autistic). On two seperate occasions our children were treated very badly. My son is 14 and he got sick while we were shopping. We took him to the er at summit and one of the nurses there had the nerve to yell at him because we took him to the hospital. We took our daughter to urgent care, she was running 103° temperatures grabbing her stomach and acting wierd. They sent her to the er to do tests. The ER was great last night with my grandson, but the urgent care? No way the male Dr in there is an idiot he doesn't take the time to find out w hats wrong with you, are gives wrong meds to you I won't go back to urgent care again, and thanks to the,staff in the ER last night you were very friendly and fast 23 minutes tops in and out
They have billed my insurance incorrectly FOUR times for ONE visit! Grrrrr!!!
I believe the people genuinely care and wanna help...Dr Taylor and staff are wonderful
Used to be really good hospital but now like the rest of the medical in Grays Harbor, they have cut staff and the wait time is awful and the care i snot as good as it used to be.
