I was checked in to Urgent Care at 12:33 pm and walked out at 3:30 pm. Seen the Dr for only 8 minutes. Sucks you can't get into see your own Dr for 3 weeks.. staff was great.

Dr. Rice is a judgemental jerk... Will never go there ever again. So sorry I wasted your time by having to see me. I did update my review after being seen again at the urgent care and had to bump it up a few stars ... Brianne Hoffman treated me today and she was amazing had a great bedside manner because of her I gave a little better review. Dr. Rice is still a prick and has no business being a health care provider.
I love the staff here, they are so caring and really truly concerned for your well being. The wait times have always been short, and they try to get you back asap in the ER. They go over everything with you, helping you to understand your discharge papers. I highly recommend using their services if your near Elma!
good except when dr. came in and didnt want to take care of my problem if the hospitle wants to know what happend they can call me at 360-482-4336 would not suggest any one go there unless its the last resort
Employees are always very friendly & helpful!! Usually you don't have to wait very long for service.
All the people were super nice! Nurses, doctors, lab tech. Got right in, testing was quick, got answers, prescriptions and out the door. Worth the drive, quicker than the local ER! Thankful for a facility that isn't too far away.
