I received a call to bring my sick family to the urgent care, they have the flue both kids and hubby. I bring them in, it's 10:30am I got the call around 9:30. My hole sick family is there I tell them we are there for the urgent care. Oh sorry mam but urgent care doesn't open until noon!!! Thanks for not mentioning that when you called to tell me to bring them in! Oh it's posted on our web page. Wtf you called me!!!!!!!!!!!
We ( my 2 sick Daughters & boyfriend) got their around 12:45-1:00 didn't get discharged till 7 pm I honestly didn't think it was gonna be that long. But the staff was very nice. The janitors got called twice to clean up my daughters throw up. But the toilet was really dirty
The worst! Called to complAin and they hung upon me! Daughter in another hospital in critical care

Urgent Care was awesome yesterday! There were lots of people there but they seemed to move everyone through fairly efficiently. The medical care was great. So much better than only having an ER to go to.
I just got my billing after insurance I still owe them & 800.00 dollars for the ER visit, I called to make payments of $50.00 a month, they told me I'd have to make at least $59.00 payments...Really? I also went to the ER @Captial Medical Hospital my copay was only $125.00 ....It's a expensive private little hospital, if possible another 20 minute drive & you'll save alot of cash...
I went into urgent care for bronchitis, I was told I was having a heart attack put in a wheel chair and taken to the ER. After test were done I was told I had "bronchitis"! NO HEART ATTACK!!! I was given an inhaler and sent on my way. I needed antibiotics which I was not given. When I went to my primary doctor about a week later, I was given antibiotics.
