Visiting the Suburban Service Department is always a pleasant experience, they are efficient and the time spent in their Lounge passes quickly! After my service appointment, I appreciate my car being returned washed. *****

I have been a customer of suburban Cadillac for 2 years. I took my car in for an oil change, winterization (fluids topped off), brakes checked, tire rotation, and to have a creaking noise checked. I had a loaner so I would not have to wait. I had the loaner for 5 days. (over the weekend). I finally received a call indicating a bad water pump. I had a problem with my CUE system that Les Stanford had not been able to figure out despite four attempts. Suburban fixed the technical issue and gave me an excellent explaination. I will not go back to Les Stanford and plan to purchase my next Cadillac from Suburban
