This is dealership has the worst communication. The service department simply does not respond , you cannot get a live person on the phone. They have had my sons car for over a month and have not even started anything let alone complete the estimates for the car to be fixed after the accident. I have the worse experience ever at Cadillac of Troy. They treated me like trash! Took my vehicle in for a simply oil change and left with a $478 bill. The service person “Michele” was terrible. She never mentioned the additional cost until I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. My vehicle was at the dealership for two days. I was told that she forgot to inform me of the additional cost. I brought my car in because The liftgate does not work. They told me it’s because water leak into the module and the liftgate arm therefore causing it to fail. I googled the problem it’s a serious problem it’s happened to many of the 2012 SRX cars. Suburban told me it would be $3200. to fix. I don’t believe that I should pay for a design flaw. By far the best Dealership I’ve ever bought a car from. Neal Wozniak, Scott Moore and the man who financed the vehicle (sorry I can not find the name) were the best group of guys to deal with, professional, customer first and like family. I will be buying my next vehicle from them. Great experience with their dealership and no I don’t know any of them personally. They are just that good.
I would like to thank the entire staff at Suburban Cadillac of Troy for the professional expertise while servicing my vehicle. The loaner department, services department were unbelievable; they inspected my vehicle made repairs and kept me informed the entire time and even completed a test drive for my concerns.
