When my "check tire monitoring system" light kept coming one, I didn't bother calling the general service number. I called Kevin K. instead. He gave me the same topnotch, personalized customer service as he did once before. Both the purchase and service at this dealership are the most fabulous experience possible (I would have never thought I'd use those words to describe a car dealership)!! I purchased my 3rd Cadillac from them earlier this year. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. Yes, my ATS is a wonderful car for the money. But the service. I had an impromptu tire rotation and oil change ion the morning of 7/5. The service was done so quickly that I could have waited at the dealership but I instead utilized the transportation service and went to work that motrning to only receive a call telling me that the work was complete 15 mins after I had arrived at work. My Service Coordinator,Tom was wonderful, as was the driver that morning. The icing on the cake is that Suburban even washed my dirty car. Great dealership with consistently great service.
