Extremely happy with my experience at Suburban Cadillac of Troy. My Sales Consultant, Corey Taylor, and the rest of the team truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my pre-owned car buying experience. The day after I took delivery of the car it started running rough and a check engine light came on the dash. Corey had me bring the car in immediately and they resolved the issue. Exceptional customer service, I will definitely be recommending Corey and Suburban Cadillac of Troy to friends & family.
After an oil change I was told all the fluids levels were OK. But yesterday I stopped at a local garage because of a hi pitched fan noise. The mechanic checked the Froid fluid level and it was extremely low. Once filled the cooling fan ceased to make noise, Also the agent had told me the interior compartment air filter was dirty even though I had it changed a few months ago. I did not say anything to him. All in all a little disappointed with Suburban.

As I was driving to yoga on a Saturday morning, my dashboard showed that the front left tire only had 17 lbs. I drove to Suburban and they were able to fix the tire that had two nails in it. I was end and out in less than a hour. I was so glad that Suburban was open.
Scheduling appointments so easy. Prompt service and quality work. Cant ask for more.Any they provide a quick clean car wash, free.
