Went in for an oil change and inspection. Iris was my rep. she was very through withi her interview with me and answered a few questions I had. The wait time was short. Good job by all. The fellows in the service area were very pleasant and polite. Also the girls in the checkout/cashier's area were very accommodating and polite. A good experience for me for the day.
I just leased my third Cadillac from Bob Robb. He found what I wanted and made the process of turning in my previous lease easy. The service department is outstanding - I love that I get a call when I'm due for an oil change. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

I went in a couple weeks ago for the normal oil change and tire rotation, and it's always quick and painless. This time after about 15 minutes one of the customer service reps Kevin Kukuk came over and told me they found a bubble in my tire. I told Kevin I had a lot to do that day and was expecting to be in and out. Kevin totally streamlined the process and had me out of there within the next half hour, which was way less time than I had anticipated to be waiting. Kevin is the man.
My experience at Suburban Cadillac was very good. Abe Saad helped me with everything. He went above and beyond to get my business and get me what I wanted when I needed it.
As always, Suburban Cadillac exceeds my expectations. I stopped in for my last oil change without an appointment. The service rep found that I was due for additional service. While waiting, I visited the showroom to see the new vehicles and speak to my salesman. About 40 minutes later the work was completed. Great service!
Awesome staff, quick check in, loaner availability, and my vehicle was diagnosed and serviced promptly. I would highly recommend them. I was so impressed, I told my Mom not to worry about waiting a week to get in at Novi for general maintenance, and scheduled her appt for the following day. They have gained two loyal customers in us! �
