Worst dealership ever. Neal was my sales rep. I’ve paid for warranties that he never put through I’ve tried contacting him he never gets back to me I’ve called and emailed him all he cared about was making the sale . I wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this dealer I’ve never had a car with so many issues in my life

I did not purchase my CT6 from them however I recently switched to this dealership due to it being closer to my home... John is the gentleman that I dealt with in checking my vehicle in... even though my wheel alignment wasn't added to the paperwork I was immediately accommodated and the issue was resolved professionally without hesitation. yes they have a customer for life!!! I love the experience and everyone was awesome. yes I highly recommend!!!

Second horrible experience with the service department. I set an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and requested a loaner since the only time I could drop off was their last appt of 4pm which is also the same time they close. I have learned from my previous horrible experience that I need to confirm that my request for a loaner would be honored. Every day this week multiple times I have sent emails, texts and called and was not able to speak to anyone nor did anyone respond. So I reluctantly rushed to get there... read more
