Had an awesome experience this morning as my battery died in my 2012 Cadillac. Excellent service from my initial call to the service department to Harold from Roadside Assistance arriving at my home within 20 minutes and replacing my battery! I still made it to work and am still smiling 😊

I picked my car up from an oil change and I discovered that my driver mirror got mysteriously broken in the process. I then brought it back into the dealership to get it fixed and I had to pay for the service because the dealership did not have cameras to confirm that they had caused it. Terrible service and over priced.
My car should have never been returned to me until it was completely fixed not just a partial fix and scoot me out the door. My repair bill was over $2,500. It is currently is a different dealership to fix what this service department failed to fix. I would not recommend Suburban Cadillac Service to anyone they are disrespectful, do not care about safety, and do not listen. Go somewhere else save yourself the headache. Bob Robb has always taken good care of my family. He was terrific at every turn.
They have had my escalade in the repair shop for over 30 days over the past 3 months. Suburban Cadillac of Troy gave my a loaner car. The loaner car battery died. They did not replace the loaner car. My key FOB for the loaner was stolen and they are charging me for the replacement. I'm going to seek to return the vehicle under lemon law rules and get my money back. Suburban Cadillac of Troy won me over. I had a narrowed my search down to 2 vehicles. One being a Cadillac. This was my first visit to a Cadillac dealership as a customer.
