Visited other dealers but chose to buy my new subaru at Subaru World of Newton. They worked with me to get the car I wanted at a fair price. They worked quickly to get me in my new vehicle.
Truly Exceptional Experience, they were very patient with my Mom, very upfront, fair, and transparent. We selected car online and were emailed a price. We arrived at the dealership , the exact car was waiting for us and the price was exactly what they told us, unlike the 1st two Subaru dealers we tried. The next day, the GM called my Mom to ask if she was completely satisfied. She is !!!
So rude to my and my baby girl. It was raining and not one person wanted to help me move things from my rental to my own car. They also made me pay for something I didn't agree for them to fix
Don't even want to give them the one star. They deserve none at all. Terrible terrible customer service from the MANAGER. Brought a problem to their attention months ago that they told us wasn't there. Returned later for a oil change and then they decided to confirm the problem. Warranty covered it. But in the mean time they broke something else. Lied to the warranty company so we had to pay out of pocket for it.
