I have been doing business with Newton Subaru for many years. Bought 2 cars from them and the service has always been very good. I get appointments as needed and the wait time is usually pretty good. They keep my car running well.

Very pleased with the salesman Kyle. He was up and straight forward with everything. Very friendly and couritous. This is the 3rd subaru we bought there. Kyle was the best salesman I ever had. I highly recommend him! It was a wonderful experience working with him ,to get my new Subaru. I walked out of Subaru World of Newton happy and excited. I went to a different dealer before going to Subaru and had a totally different experience(not pleasant). Orlando in finance was also great . Everyone was friendly and not pressuring me. If anyone is looking to buy a car I recommend Kyle Hunsicker at Subaru World of Newton!

The service here is quite good. They have raised their prices a great deal, but I know I can trust the work they do. My big complaint and the reason for 2 stars off is they have a revolving door for service advisors. I almost never see the same face twice. That is disconcerting to me because it tells me something is wrong with upper level management. And as soon as I start building a working relationship with one advisor they are gone. That is not okay in my world. Why can't you keep people?

I just purchased a 2024 Outback Wilderness at Subaru World of Newton. Kyle and Dillon were excellent sales professionals and made the entire process simple. We were also very impressed with the business manager Orlando and the service advisor Cory who answered our many questions during the sales process. I would highly recommend this Dealership.
