Everyone was helpful and courteous. I had a bit of a crisis, and they got me in within a half hour. Then made an appointment the next day. Called right away when car was fixed, and the timeliness was very important that day.

Cory was excellent! He was friendly and answered all my questions! He kept in touch with me letting me know the problem and cost ! I’m just waiting for text to say my car is done ! I would definitely recommend this service department!

The sales staff is great at Subaru World of Newton, they get to know your needs and likes, and do there very best to fulfill them for you. I purchased my 3rd Subaru from them and will continue to purchase future cars at this dealership because of the professionalism and family feel as each member works to support each other; and how more than one salesperson was support of my purchasing experience.

The customer service was impeccable! Cory was so friendly and honest throughout the whole time I was waiting. I was always speculative of getting maintenance done at getting work done at dealership but today changed my mind.
