I brought my Forester in for service and I am so impressed with the excellent customer service I received. Everything that needed to be fixed was brought to my attention first for approval and done wonderfully. My car is like brand new. Highly recommend the service center at this dealer

Corey my service advisor was excellent. I left the dealership as there were challenges in the past. I will now utilize the service department here as long as Corey takes care of my car.

Free oil changed and nail in tire. Staff was friendly the dealership on the tire was gauging told me I had to get a new tire. Took it to my mechanic and he took the Nail out and repaired the tire. It is good as new snd only 19.19 vs the 300 dollars you wanted to charge me. Oh and I saw what you charge for an oil change 95 dollars ! Wow nothing like taking advantage of your customers during a recession. After the final free oil change is done I’ll be using my mechanic for all maintenance on my Subaru!

I normally take my car to Johnston’s Subaru in Middletown, NY but instead took my 2021 Outback to Subaru World of Newton to have the brakes replaced because Newton had sooner appointments available. I was helped by Julian F. who did a fantastic job helping me and had answers to all my question. The entire staff was very friendly, and very accommodating when I needed a loaner vehicle for the day.
