Normally I love these guys…. Today, not so much. In for an oil change and tire rotation and after 65 minutes I asked if I was close to being done..? Dude says..”oh sorry we just got you in as we are short handed”.. and you couldn’t say anything to me!!!! Not ok, and it’s time to not over book if you are understaffed.
