My daughter took my car in for an oil change, an issue with the air conditioner and a tire stem issue. All was taken care of and repaired and everything is good again. Everyone was courteous and listened and explained what they did to fix the problems.

My car was towed in and I was feeling like I had no choice but to authorize work that they said needed to be done. They redid brakes that were done just a year ago, charged a diagnostic fee but didn’t fix the noise problem, and padded in other extra work and fees. I left with my tire pressure warning light still on, and a slight wobble at higher speeds despite an alignment being done.
