Prompt, courteous service. Waiting area is comfortable. It is one of the best I've seen. Oil change was quick. I was texted a video of my car with the results of the multi-point inspection. Nice addition.

Until I had my Subaru Outback, I never used a dealership to service a car, but the service dept. at Subaru World of Newton, is always there for me. Besides everyone being extremely friendly and efficient, they’ve squeezed me in to do last minute oil changes, and recently, adjusted my tire pressure (abrupt temperature change), on a walk in and didn’t charge me a dime. I made a service appointment and when I arrived. they did have it on the books. Charged me a $199.00 diagnostic fee for my oil light. I was never told about this fee when I made the appointment. Then they found another issue contacted my extended warranty carrier and informed me it would. cost me only a thousand dollars. I got home and called back got their voice mail and have yet to get a return phone call, Would never use them again.
