Had a lease ended up buying it.salesman said they would give a free oil change..they took my car around back to change the oil which took about 45 min to an hour. I never noticed they didn't put sticker in the window for next oil change...Months went by my neighbor came over looked at my car cause battery went dead he looked at oil said it was never changed..I called the shop they had no record of oil being changed..I will never trust this dealership..Left a message for Michael he never answered my message. To be honest I've been here before getting my Subaru serviced & I was happy. I'm not sure if it was just an off day this time but waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change with a scheduled appt is unacceptable. The service writer apologized after I made a comment but it wasn't sincere at all. So after waiting that long i was told I needed rear brakes. I assume I do but they lost the sale because of her insincerity. I am getting my brakes done at another Subaru dealer next week.

Came in to get some oil for my legacy and brought my dog Charlie. The staff took care of us both! They were all so nice and accommodating.
We just picked up our 2018 Forester Touring!!! We absolutely love it. After having a Ford Explorer for six years we downsized... But it doesn't feel that way. Had a nail ruin my tire and needed a replacement. Very pleasant personnel. I always have my golden in tow and she gets premier treatment as well. Treats for people and dogs are ever ready while you're waiting. This time my dog even got a toy with which to play, a Subaru of course! Best of all, the tire I needed was IN STOCK and I was on my way! Thank you Subaru World of Newton!
Sold me a car that was involved in a police reported accident 2 months before I bought it. Sold it to me as if it was never involved in a police reported accident. Didn’t report that accident with Carfax until 6 months after I bought the car. When confronted their way of “doing right by me” was to try and put me in a car with 22,000 miles for over what I’m paying now monthly. Absolutely the worst treatment I’ve ever received.
