Edgardo was pleasant, quick, and efficient during my visit for a lease return that he assisted me with. He didn't try any gimmicks or question why I was turning it in, but was a genuine person and just helped. The dealership I bought from would have given me a big, long run around. If or when I go back to Subaru, I will be looking for Edgardo to put me in one.
