Worst customer service. Avoid Daniel Richards at all cost, by far the rudest “customer service” help I’ve ever come across, must be his first time.
A very personal and honest atmosphere. In stressful times of major auto malfunction they have been wonderful! They have answered questions and given advice over the phone to help you better understand the situation.

Ease of making appointment and staff in the service department
2 hr wait. Didn’t list what i asked to have done, i.e. were my brakes checked. Some much younger chick walked in and was attended to while my keys sat there after my 2 hr wait. Not cool.
I brought my husband’s car in for a radio update and asked if they would have time to do a wheel alignment while I was there. It was no problem to fit in the alignment and I was there for less than an hour and a half! Everything went well.
