Called this dealership prior to my 3 hour drive from Long Island NY to assure the vehicle I was looking at would be available to test drive. After driving all the way to the dealership i find out the vehicle cannot be test driven because it is having mechanical issues from the rain....that's a first. If you're not local DO NOT waste your time coming here.
Bought a CERTIFIED preowned car..after numerous attempts to fix it, I wanted out of the car. Only to be told it was worth only half of what I paid a year and a half before. Was told it had to go to auction because it had issues. They didn't want to take a loss!! really? What about how much I lost? Customer service is NOT their number one priority. Would not put me in another Impreza and would not help me out of this one. Buyer Beware!!!
Dishonest practice. Money gouging. Drive right on by this place. Don't believe the positive reviews you find on line about this place. Some of them are coming from employees.
Horrible experience. They were very unprofessional. Sold the car I put down money on and never did anything to make it up. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.
