The service team at Newton Subaru were fantastic and always enjoyable to deal with. Every time I come in they are always eager to hear my concerns and will throughly go over all the fine details. This recent experience far exceeded the customer service expectations. Marc went out of his way to ensure he deliver the best customer experience ever. The service at this dealership was exceptional. It starts from the moment you pull up, with courteous service and swiftly checking you in. As you enter the service department, that same service continues. My interactions with Marc went above my expectations. I went in for an oil change and had questions about the crack in my windshield.
