2nd free oil change of course my salesman didn't bother to tell me about it among many,many other thing he either didn't tell me about or gave me the wrong information. I would never recommend this salesman but I've always been satisfied with the service department

Just had my car serviced and I was very happy with the process Gary was outstanding keeping me informed of what was going on the entire time. The shop also did an outstanding job with the entire Covid 19 precautions.
This was my third car buying experience at Subaru world of Newton and it was also the best experience. I can't stand pushy, dishonest car salesmen looking to solely to make money but our salesman, Mike Hernandez, was the complete opposite! He was honest, funny, and down to earth and made us feel like we were the only customers there.
