Purchased a car from this dealership in 2014. At that time I purchased the extended warranty and I have had all service other than a hand full of oil changes done here. Had my car in a few months ago for warranty work. My catalytic converter went bad and needed to be replaced. Was replaced, no issues there. Today I am doing work myself on the car and had to remove the replaced cat. There are 4 places it is bolted up and 2 of them had nuts on the studs sideways and studs completely sheered off. We have had to brake the studs and remove them and replace them just to get everything back together. How someone with a job title of “technician” thought this was quality work blows my mind. Twice I left a message with the service department to call me back. They never called. Tried to schedule the purchase and installation of four new tires online. I could not get their online service scheduler to work. The Subaru Superstore No-Service Department provides poor customer service.
This Stealership is crooked and dishonest. Do not buy from here!!!!! Found rust. mud packed around my engine from an attempted cleaning. Found the missing key in a box on the frame that they should have easily seen if they actually inspected the vehicle in the first place before selling it. Bad paint in several places, Water leaking into vehicle from two different locations. Was lied to multiple times even after proving the clutch issue was a problem from a different dealership.
