Love my Outback & Subaru in Chandler is a top notch place!
The sales team was great but the service not so great. I had a paint issue on my rear bumper, called and left voicemail for service and a message on “chat”. Days went by with no response so I went to the dealership to be told they should know something in about a week. Again, no contact for weeks so I have to initiate the call and am told sorry we dropped the ball. I recommend the great service team!
These scam artists held my car hostage and refused to give it back because the loaner car got a tiny rock chip in the windshield -- seriously tiny, and not in the field of view. They demanded I make an insurance claim to give them a brand new windshield. Complete frauds and insanely rude people. I only brought it to the place because the dumb car was recalled, so I was pretty fascinated when they claimed I needed a bunch of work done to the car, most of which I'd had done within the last few months. Please take the time to read all of this! I tried to leave a google review however for some reason I was unable. I am from IN. Currently I am traveling for school doing rotations. I began to notice problems with a part on my Crosstrek in my clutch (a component of a manual transmission) right after the expiration of the warranty just past 60k miles.
