The staff is awesome. From the sales process to delivery it was smooth. I working with Joe Nieves in Finance was the best part of the process. He treats people like humans and not just dollar signs. I would highly recommend the dealership if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
Service has been great, but the number of email and surveys has got annoying.
Fantastic experience with the service department! Jerry was speedy and arranged a complimentary Lyft to and from the shop so I didn’t have to wait there during the service work.
They fired me after 4 days of training and 7 days on the sales floor, for “ not being a good fit?” I started the 2nd of December and was let go the 17th they still have not paid me. No Christmas presents for my family this year, Thanks for Sharing the Love Subaru 😿 Christmas Eve still no Check😾 No warning, Nobody deserves this treatment by a so called Family ran store. Absolutely unacceptable treatment.

GREAT customer service! No pressure, no playing around with numbers. The whole purchase experience was a very nice and smooth transaction. Found a car we were interested in on the internet and it was everything described and the price listed was the out of the door price!! The whole buying experience was top notch customer service provided by Jack Callaghan. Highly recommended!!
